If member unsatisfied with the product as mentioned above, kindly return to MXB with appropriate procedures as below:-

Completed i-Power 3000 Guarantee Return Form;
A photocopy of electrical bills for our perusal.

Delivery, handling service or any other additional charges for product return purpose will be fully bear by member.
An admin & transaction fees as RM35.00 (e-Cash 10) will be charged on member if the price of product exchange is same with i-Power 3000. However the admin & transaction fees will be eliminated (Contra) if price of product return is less than price of i-Power 3000.

1 ticket = Valid for ONE person ONLY.
Enter by valid MXB ticket ONLY.
Bring and keep your ticket during the event for entry & draw purposes.

Charges for e-Cash Withdrawal
Dear VALUE MEMBERS,
We are here to inform our value members with effective from 1st January 2009, each e-Cash withdrawal transaction will be charged as follows:

1	ONE (1) e-cash to be charged for each withdrawal transaction. (It will be deducted directly from withdrawal amount.)

2	NO extra charges to withdrawal transaction for Contra with purchase or miscellaneous payment.

1. When the e-member process purchasing registration, please entry carefully all the information,
    especially “INTRODUCER ID ( Sponsor )” & “PLACEMENT ID ( Upline )” due to our real-time
    e-business, the information cannot be amended after registration.

2. The minimum withdrawal request is 100e-cash, the company will process on each Wednesday for
    all withdrawal requests done from last Sunday to Saturday. ( It may delay to the next working day if
    Wednesday falls on Public Holiday ).

3. The e-mobile minimum purchasing is 10 units in each transaction. If purchasing less than 10 units,
    the price will be charged as normal member price.
