MXB International Holdings Sdn Bhd was formed in 2008 as a strategic alliance between Star Micro Technology Sdn Bhd and Maxgaba International Trading Sdn Bhd.

Star Micro Technology Sdn Bhd was founded in 2000 to design websites and related products as its core business. In 2007 it worked together with Zeromax, a Japanese company to promote e-commerce and sell i-Charge and other automobile products.

Maxgaba International Trading Sdn Bhd was founded in 2005 as a direct selling business majoring in anti-ageing products.

Combining the excellence of the 2 companies in their individual sectors, the new alliance has set the vision of “a people-oriented global enterprise to help everyone to become an international entrepreneur”.
